CORECON acronym for Core Connections was founded in Costa Rica in 2014, driven by the desire to support companies and individuals committed to a new vision of development: one that combines social impact, economic growth, and collaboration between emerging regions.

Our passion

Since our inception, we have believed that talent and innovation can transform realities, especially when connecting people, ideas, and opportunities beyond traditional boundaries. Our passion is to help professionals, entrepreneurs, companies, and investors discover their purpose, enhance their skills and make a positive impact on their communities and the world.

Founders

Our story is also that of our founders, Armando Rodríguez and Stephany Rojas, who have made resilience, global vision, and social commitment their personal hallmark. Their experience in Latin America, Africa, and MENA has given them a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities shared by these regions, and inspired them to dream of a bridge that brings cultures, markets, and dreams closer together.

Today, from Costa Rica and Ethiopia, we continue to learn, We believe that the similarities between Latin America, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia are a unique opportunity to create alliances, share knowledge, and build a more prosperous and connected future together. Our purpose is to empower those who seek to grow and transform their environment, promoting alliances that generate impact and sustainable development.
